"Nothing is less real than realism... it is only by selection, by elimination, by emphasis, that we get at the real meaning of things"- Georgie O’Keeffe

Close observation and whimsical abstraction are the hallmarks of Snow’s engaging body of work. Snow’s adept portrayal of subjects in their states of ripening, aging and decay challenges comments on the life cycle and our perception of beauty itself. All the while our gaze is taken on a joyful waltz around her abstract compositions, bumping into sumptuous form with vibrant colors.

Stay tuned for updates about current and upcoming exhibitions and workshops for all levels and ages!
